For Catering

Arrive approximately one hour before the event starts to set up the machine and ensure everything is ready to serve when your event begins.
Provide the soft serve machine, ice cream, cones, and serivce for your event.
Run the machine for the duration of the event.
Troubleshoot any issues that may occur during the rental.
Handle the clean-up of the machine at the end of the event.

Provide a 20-amp circuit dedicated to powering the machine.
Have a clear pathway to the location you want the machine to reside. If it must pass through a doorway, please ensure the cart can fit. The cart is 25 inches wide.
Provided a water source that we can access throughout the event.
Provide an air-conditioned indoor space for the machine when temperatures exceed 90°F. If below 90°F, the machine may be placed outdoors in a shaded area away from direct sunlight.
